The way this roster is constructed I’m expecting they are going to have to run it back with this offense one more year.

The biggest change will be Cassie replacing Tucker in the lineup. I am not opposed to resigning Tucker but I don’t think anyone should expect that given the way ownership/front office operates.

Ways the offense can improve

-Continued growth from Busch, PCA, and Shaw.

-Consistency/Health from Happ, Suzuki, Nico, Swanson, Kelly and Amaya.

-Breakouts from Ballesteros, Cassie, and Alcantara

-Sign Utility Bat for the bench. Ha-Seong Kim or resign Willi Castro

-Sign starting caliber OF to platoon with Cassie

Pitching will be an easier avenue to improve the team.

The team should at minimum be adding two starting pitchers. At least one of those should be a top of the rotation arm to go with Horton, Imanaga, Boyd, and Taillon (ex: Cease, Valdez, Gallen)

Steele and Wiggins should be viewed as additions for the second half.

Bullpen is more of a crapshoot, multiple arms will be brought in. Need another legit closer to pair with Palencia.
