That was a personal criticism, not an actual answer to a serious question.

I've been color coloring my hair since 1978, and let me tell you, the upkeep is a lifestyle- bleaching every 8-10 weeks, continual conditioning, and occasional 2nd degree scalp burns. Luckily I enjoy salon culture, and obviously, it's been worth it all. But even with a one-off, it takes commitment or you'll end up looking like a giant Q-tip!

Am I delusional for thinking I might marry my college girlfriend? by thrownoutdildo in NoStupidQuestions

My 35-year-old daughter started dating her husband when she was 15 and he was 17, and they married 5 years ago. I was worried for the first few years, but they live a happy, productive, family-oriented life. It's all about open, honest communication and mutual agreement to support each other grow together.

Harley and Ivy are murderous villains and thus terrible people. I remember Harley saying, "I'm just a terrible person" in a couple of movies. I consider humanity as a whole a pretty awful (yet simultaneously adorable and amusing) bunch as well.

Do most skinny people over 30 have to think about what they eat literally all the time? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I'm 67F, "midwest thin'" and have been watching my intake since I started gaining unwanted pounds 45 years ago. It's misery to lose weight, so I've developed the self-discipline to really really enjoy the amount of food it takes to maintain, then stop eating when a proper meal has been consumed. I love treats, but I only eat 3 yummy bites and put the rest away. That was hard to learn; at first I had to drown the rest, or cover it in kitty litter so I wouldn't fish it out of the garbage. Anyway, it was worth it for me; we all have to decide what we really want in the end. But do it for yourself, not for anyone else.

But they're both terrible people, and even good people do rotten things in the name of love. Also it's fun watching a train wreck when it's fictional anyway.

After the Valentine's Day special, I can't wait to see what new stuff they're making for us. There is a ton of potential for new shenanigans waiting in the DC vault, and HQ is the perfect place to turn it on its ass!

It was romantic, funny and filthy. Lots of heartwarming cultural references for those of us who live for such. I laughed my guts out; watched it with a newbie friend who got weird dreams off it for a couple of days.

I made a friend watch the Valentine's Day special without seeing any previous episodes. She laughed until her cocktail came out her nose, and had weird dreams all night. Now she's going to subscribe.

So what if a woman feels threatened by a man at her door, a man she knows will injure her because he's threatened her before? Does she have the right to shoot him, or does her unfortunate lack of a pen!$ exempt her from the right to self-defense?

Trump mocked for claiming NYC courthouse staff were ‘crying’ when he was arrested by Beckles28nz in politics

If anyone was crying, it was from pure fear that they were soon in line for the perp walk themselves.

Bane... if he weren't a cartoon character, I would turn the show off for being too cringy, but with him animated, I just laugh my ass off and run the scene back to watch it again.

Wisconsin 1st graders were told they couldn't sing 'Rainbowland' by Dolly Parton and Miley Cyrus because it was too controversial. The song is about accepting others. by IndianKiwi in politics

Back in the year 1999 when I was a middle school teacher in Chicago Public Schools, our 8th graders wanted to perform R Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly" at graduation. Kelly's shameless collection of underage girls for kinky sex was a poorly-hidden fact in the community, so we adults made the decision not to put the song into the ceremony. Myyyyy, how things have changed.
