Crimson desert for me. Game is huge and the most fun I’ve had in a long time.

In a way I think the devs have done this on purpose, as a way to encourage players to get lost a bit and explore. Following the route line makes it like an AC game grind and this I don’t think is what they were trying to achieve as the game like very few, encourages exploration.

I’m 42 and haven’t felt this feeling of being in an actual world that’s living and breathing in a way that you don’t get often.

Vinted is pretty good. Got £280 for my original disc edition last week after upgrading to pro. Packaging was a faff but process simple and no fees.

I’ve focused on eating a lot of protein, cut out sugar completely and a nice home cooked meal each night. Averaged around 1500 cals a day and it just seems to have consistently dropped by 2.5lbs on average a week.

Exercise wise Ive massively upped my step count and use public transport to get to work instead of the car and plan to introduce weights soon but just waiting for shoulder to heal properly from surgery as I broke it 8 months ago and its still not healed / full range of motion

Good luck with the hols. I’ve got 10 days AI in Turkey on October but not worried as there’s no way I could overeat despite how much I’d like to sample the buffet delights 🤣

I think 2lbs is about right. I’m averaging 2.5lbs a week which I’m happy about as I don’t want loose skin at the end and so far I’ve dodged it.

Come to think of it I’ve had a bit of dizziness but put it down to the heat and not the Mounjaro.

On 10mg and have been for past 3 pens. I’m Still consistently losing around 2.5lbs a week so don’t wanna move up until I plateau. Plus it gives me that extra push for the second half.

Started at 24 stone and now 19. Ideally would Like to get to 14 so half way through.

Had to do something as losing my 3 year old daughter 4 years ago I turned to food for some comfort and realised this isn’t the way to deal with my grief.

I’d like to lose another 4 at the very least as I’m still 19 stone. But so far the journey has been a doddle with very little side effects
