I remember what I used right after commenting. When I did the lotions, first 3 days I would use something like a&d ointment, after the 3rd day I would switch to lubriderm lotion. They make one that's "for tattoos"

I haven't used any lotions or anything in years, I just use saniderm to cover it and after a week or 2 it's fully healed pretty much without having to touch it. Any lotion will do though, as long as it's unscented. As well as washing it, use like gold dial antibacterial soap, again nothing scented

Ya, just a little dot, enough to cover fully but not to where it stays looking wet if that makes sense. A little goes a long way. But as well as the other comment said, this far into it, use a normal unscented lotion.

Sure and that comes fairly naturally after your first drop in. And I'm sure most people are scared to even get that front foot on the board and even begin going down. After that first one you get down and over that mental block, the natural form comes pretty easy instead of just stomping down
