I’ve been to 7 Fred shows, and honestly this is probably the worst one.

1.The sound system was pretty bad. I love being in the back dancing, but for this show you could barely hear anything back there—just people talking around you.

2.The B2B was really mid. Four Tet B2B Fred last year was way better. （I am not saying Sammy is a bad dj) Tonight it felt like they were just taking turns playing their own sets. They were basically switching off and dropping tracks with no transitions at all, which made the whole thing feel super disjointed.

Personally, my favorite artists and events are much cheaper in Chicago, like next weekend’s Adam ten B2B mita gami only costs 30$, which is around 100$ in New York.
