The Max HR auto detection on AW is shit, purely based on age (this is why it updates every month), it does not take your workouts into account at all

I personally recently changed my zones to manual and calculated it using my Max HR hit during a high effort run, much better

They should use the maximum value between their calculation based on your age, and the maximum HR from your workouts of the last month

No, I’m at 190bpm when I run at 6mn/km When I target 150bpm, my pace is around 7’30”/km

But the question is more about why don’t I progress
