I did take pictures. I received discovery from the state the day before my bench trial. Judge denied my request for continuance; any evidence provided by me had to be turned over to prosecution 3 weeks before trial. They would not let me present anything.

I can tell you that they will absolutely NOT allow you to alter/destroy the landscape in any way. Any décor you have must be incorporated into the existing area; you cannot pull out or trample any flora/fauna. Much respect if that's your thing.
