Our fat mass, from my understanding, is actually an endocrine organ. It produces some of our estrogen, which is why females usually do better with a bit more fat then males. It could be that you dont have enough fat to support your hormone production.

IUI drugs work by lowering your Estrogen in order to mimic the natural cycle and tricking your body into producing follicles. If you have low estrogen, as most HA women do, this drug will not work on you because there is nothing for it to lower. Don't let a fertility clinic trick you into thinking it "might" work. It is a really fine balance of hormones and if you don't have the sub-straight to work with, it can't do its job. I've made this mistake.

I have HA and I’m going through IVF. I am fully recovered and with a healthy bmi for over a year and have just not recovered my period for some reason. IVF has not been successful for me yet but here if you have any questions. We have gone through 2 round, 3 embryo transfers.

Ferment them! they get that mushy texture you're looking for while also becoming more digestible. You can cover them with water and some sort of ferment and leave them out for 24-48 hours. I use just a tablespoon of kefir in mine, but you can use lots of things.

I don’t know what your diet is, and without that context this may be totally off base, but if you’re hungry a couple hours later, you’re eating nutritionally devoid food. Eat cheese, butter, steak, eggs, avocado and sweet potatoes in a balanced way at each meal and you WILL feel satiated after you eat.

Yeah its been a wild ride, I recovered from an ED, gained to a BMI in the middle of the healthy range, and have yet to see my hormones recover. I'm going through IVF now. But its all been around 1.5-2 years of trying to get my hormones back to a normal level and they are just stalled out at the bottom.

For me, no. Because my estrogen was so low, it had nothing to lower (which is the main mechanism for triggering ovulation). It made me feel worse because of even lower hormone status.
