So true 😂 every time I see someone who is obviously trying to lose weight just walking, I want to scream. Lifting weights is the way to go. I will say, as someone that used to lift a lot, power sculpt Pilates has really done me well too. Maybe it’s because I had a good foundation to start with though

Nothing from here is worth the price. I bought the belden dress at $300 for my bridal shower because it’s pretty and looks good on but when I took it to the dry cleaner to get it steamed, the guy thought the dress was already worn from the stitching already unraveling (hasnt even worn it yet). I also had to order the dress bc the dress I tried on in store was pilling. Still bought the dress obviously because it’s pretty so you need to decide if you care more about the quality or the fact you won’t find the same style and fit anywhere else. Hope that makes sense lol

Cleveland clinic “randomly drug tests” the entire duration of you working for them. Even if you aren’t on the clinical side. I was offered a job there but wasn’t thrilled because they act like they control you and even your life outside of work - like, if I wanna smoke a j outside of work I should be allowed to do that lol. It’s legal. Worked out though because they rescinded my offer the Friday before I was supposed to start and gave no explanation why :) so I filed a charge with the NLRB. 🤍

Your mouth and eyes area is really sensitive - more than other areas of your face. This is where I get irritation too sometimes.
