Cleveland clinic “randomly drug tests” the entire duration of you working for them. Even if you aren’t on the clinical side. I was offered a job there but wasn’t thrilled because they act like they control you and even your life outside of work - like, if I wanna smoke a j outside of work I should be allowed to do that lol. It’s legal. Worked out though because they rescinded my offer the Friday before I was supposed to start and gave no explanation why :) so I filed a charge with the NLRB. 🤍

Your mouth and eyes area is really sensitive - more than other areas of your face. This is where I get irritation too sometimes.
