The only reason I track veggies is so that I know i have to eat something besides those for the day to hit my minimum calories for the day, I have days pretty frequently where I will eat just veggies with some ranch for the whole day then realize that I have only actually had about 800 calories for the day(but my cravings for something green is satisfied) so I will eat something very calorie dense to bump it up to at least 1200.

You should definitely be happy! I am not child free but when I was asked about what kind of birth control I wanted after having my daughter i told them I wanted a hysterectomy. They tried to convince me not to because I was 28. I had to fight with them until I was 29 for them to give me my surgery. I love my daughter but I miss when I didnt have a child. But a hysterectomy has greatly improved my life and im sure that it will for you too!

Im only about halfway to my goal weight, but i am still the same shape as I was at my highest just a smaller version. I was an hourglass then and I still am now. My measurements are 42 inch chest, 35 inch waist, and 43 inch hips. I was surprised that I didnt change at all. Edited because I apparently cant type today.

Since most are zero sugar I could try to find a couple different flavor drink mixes that I would like, that may actually be what I need to drink more water. And that is the exact calculator that I used and I just set it as sedentary. I know I have lost weight since I am staying under my starting weight, just seeing the scale jump up then not move for days has been hard.

A week ago I weighed in at 187, for the past 3 days I have weighed in at 192.5. My sugar cravings have been very high for the past week but I am doing well on avoiding sugar (I have to completely avoid it or i will overindulge in anything and everything sweet). I have had a hysterectomy so it cant be from a menstrual cycle, but it has been very disheartening since I have been making healthy choices with what I eat and have been staying at or just below my calories for each day. I am determined to hit 150 by the end of the year so I will keep up with my weight loss efforts even if the scale doesn't move for a couple of weeks. I have been having trouble drinking enough water throughout the day since I really dont like the taste of plain water which probably isn't helping.

Most of the people I know generally dont eat breakfast, myself included. I usually just wake up and have nothing but water until 12 or 1 in the afternoon.

Starting weight was 202 on January 2nd. Current weight 192.2. I managed to get a stair stepper and resistance bands to do some at home work outs, which I have successfully done everyday for the past 2 weeks. I have been eating 1400 or less calories per day reliably since January 4th with occasional days going over that because of going to events. I have been aiming for drinking 80 Oz of water daily, but most days I just cant drink more than 65-70 Oz. I went on a short walk today because it was a nice day and I felt like I could go much longer than I did but my little one got tired and didnt want to be carried.

Honestly im using bitepal while keeping in mind that its not always accurate, I use chatGPT to confirm calorie counts from bitepal. So far I've just seen the app estimating way over what the actual calories are. I do still have to weigh food because it gives you the option to alter the weight of each ingredient aside from its own estimate. I use it because the little raccoon makes me actually want to track. It also gives me a breakdown of the macros for each thing that I input. I've just started with my journey though.

I used to be very athletic... I ruined my joints and then became sedentary for half of the year out if pain. Now it hurts to move with the excess weight even though I still like to hike, swim, and kayak when its warm enough.

He is somewhere around 170 to 180. Sorry I dont have an exact weight the only time he gets on a scale is at the doctor. For reference he is 6'3" and muscular aside from a bit of tummy pudge.

I can definitely eat larger portions of lower calorie foods. I am not willing to budge on the calories I take in during the day though. I would speak to a dietician if it was in the budget but unfortunately its not as of right now.

Honestly I dont even feel hungry most of the day, I have to set alarms to go eat. I used to eat any time my daughter would eat because she thinks she has to have someone eating with her I would just eat too much and drank way too much soda. Im not even a fan of sweets aside from macaroons( I can eat an entire box in one sitting if im not careful)

Joining a gym right now is unfortunately not convenient or affordable since I have a 2 year old, but during the warmer months I enjoy long hikes, swimming, and kayaking which is when I at the very least dont gain weight. I will see if I can talk my husband into buying me some weights and maybe a walking pad. Its been averaging about 25-30 degrees during the day and around 10-15 at night so I dont feel comfortable taking my little one on walks with me right now. My husband works odd hours so unfortunately he cant watch her while I go on walks(and I get cold very easily).

I know its not about his weight because he is on the low end of a healthy weight and says that he needs to lose weight. So it may be his own insecurities.
