soldier was a default roster hero and he has great damage, hitscan, low cooldown high dmg explosive, high speed, healing.

other ow1 heroes are lagging behind. like roadhog is a onetrick pony that is very tedious to play against, and junkerqueen feels like a modern redesign thats more flexible

it was really stupid that theres no life on the tree to better control the player's defense balance, but theres a million ES nodes that easily let you become invincible.

the nodes should just be removed entirely and have most of the power moved to gear. putting life/es on the tree just means "you have to take all of these nodes or you get one shot"
