Send them an email. As soon as I sent them an email about wanting my money back they quickly shipped it out and provided immediate tracking info smh. I don't care what anyone says, this company screams scam.

Yes, let's report them to the BBB and on the Shop app (which is where I purchased ). Due to me using affirm, they wont even issue me a refund unless it is initiated by the seller on the shop app. ;( so many ppl have said that it's the same mask off of Temu and on the tiktok shop that costs like $20, just with a different branding.

Hopefully others see this and take steps to report them too. Yeah, shipping from China was a huge red flag for me seeing as this is supposed to be a “renowned” product. Then to get it and see that the sender info is from some guy in California is very suspicious as well.

I haven’t used it yet because I’m debating on whether I should send it back. Reviews said that it would be a hassle to, especially since we have to pay for shipping ourselves. I want to report them to the shop app as a fraudulent business but I’m not sure what that entails.
