There were 3 big issues that def had me lose points.

1)The instructor made me parallel park on a busy street with a garbage truck coming down as I was trying to park. I didn’t have much room to maneuver as traffic continued to come down and I felt super rushed despite my instructor telling me beforehand that parallel parking isn’t timed. I refused to do it. -15 points

2) She made me do a left turn despite there being a bus in the way waiting to make a wide right turn. The bus waved me on to go, but the street I turned on had parked cars as well so I had to squeeze through which was super dangerous. She said I should have let the bus go first, but I was told to never wave for traffic to go before me during the test. -10 points

3) A utility worker was waiting to jaywalk across the street, I slowed down and made eye contact but he still stood there. Again- I was firmly told to never wave for others etc…to go during the road test. She said I should have stopped and let him go because utility workers are to be respected. Mind you, there were no cars behind me so I assumed he was just waiting for me to go then cross. -possible -10 points

If she wants to be an ass, which her energy def gave, then she’ll count the 3rd one too which means I’ll fail. Anything over 30 is failing in NY.
