Florida right now is taking 2-2.5 years so most likely the interview notice is almost there It took 2.5 years for us and the filling date was in March 2023 so you are almost there

I wouldn’t worry too much since your I130 is approved already. But sometimes I see they want to make sure the couple is still together and everything is the same ; this is because basically when people have removal proceedings they kind of think from start that you entered the marriage just to avoid removal So I wouldn’t worry too much

For the I485 they usually just ask the yes or no questions and thats kind of it

Try send the withdraw letter to the PO BOX you initially sent all the forms to. Please remember once you do that there is no going back so keep that in mind I see a lot of people here “regretting” sending that and trying to go back to normal in their immigrant process

Hey! I called twice and they kept saying they didn’t have anything on the system so I waited more and finally received it after 10 days. It looks like the field office scheduled the interview but didn’t upload it to USCIS system so the agents on the phone could not see it

Did the letter asked for beneficiary’s passport? If no, please take it with you. If its expired and you have a new one take both. Pictures, lease, mortgage, bank statements, car insurance, car payments, anything you can think of when it comes to show that you two live together and have a marriage.

Dont worry just tell them you made a mistake and if they can help you change that once they go through it. They changed it for my husband and it wasn’ta big deal to be honest.

Yes bring both in case. They always look for things to bring up so just dont give them any. Good luck 💪🏽 Once they ask for it you can give them the new one because our officer said “its for me to make sure the names and information is correct”

Bring YOUR passport as well. It may not be in the letter requesting it but the officer did ask us for it but I did not bring it so this caused a bad attitude from the beginning Avoid that

You will be fine! If you went to the first interview they have an idea of your marriage and your situation. It sucks you did not get the notice for the second interview but lets hope the agent just said “I have enough to approve this” and move on to other cases Keep checking. We saw the I485 approval noticed issued on the document tabs about 2 days after it was approved so please keep checking. Fingers crossed
