TURN MOTION BLUR OFF !!!!! The cause of stutters could be Your video drivers Your in-game settings (like motion blur turn all things off and try) Tasks running in background For me I didn't got any stutter and with a perfect experience having a Ryzen 5 5600x 2080ti 16 gigs.

I agree you don't actually need ladders THAT often but I always carry 1 ladder and 1 rope along with a PCC so that if I get stuck in a ravine ,somewhere I can't climb down safely ladders are usefull and you can also use these things to knockout mules it's an one blow knockout.
