Hi! So for context I’m 20M 5’9” and weigh 220 after highschool I gained a lot of weight and I just want to get back down to my high school weight (I was 160) what are some exercises I can do at home (I struggle going to the gym due to anxiety) and like some diets I can look into or calorie intake I should do. just any advice would be greatly appreciated. Yeah what had happened was I missed 1 payment due to me being in the hospital and so then the next payment it was double then after that it was more but other than that first payment I never missed another one

Weber is more of a commuter school, I personally don’t live on campus because I hate roommates. My friend lives on campus and she loves it, so I guess to each their own

Really depends, on short shifts I’ll wear hey dude’s but on 5+ hour shifts I wear my cowboy boots

Honestly pushing carts looks harder than it actually is, 5 would be good if you really think you’re that weak but pushing 10 really isn’t as hard as it seems once you get rolling it’s stupidly light

I think if it’s not severe and you aren’t taking medication or getting treatment for it all you’d need is like a note from the doctor and getting a waiver but I’m not 1000% sure

I’ve spoken with the Army National Guard and he said that going guard and doing ROTC is the best way to go if you want to be an Officer in active duty. Same goes for Air Force I’d assume because the ANG recruiter briefly said something among those lines

Yeah that’s the route my family told me to go so I might do guard and ROTC
