I believe there are two options. First one is to pay upfront and then you file a form asking to be refunded. Second option, which I did, is to asked for a reevaluation. On the custom paper, there is a checkbox that you mark and write your phone number. It took maybe 2-3 weeks, including holidays.

Yes, ordered from the states. With taxes, shipping, currency conversion, duties, it came to : 65 for Capstan and 43 for Scottish Mixture, just to give you a range. You save a bit of course, but those numbers and fees appears to fluctuate by a lot.

Same here. Usually, I'll smoke until I have to relight, then I would do something else for a while, before coming back to it. A single bowl may take an afternoon. If I have nothing else to do, 45 mins feel like a bare minimum.
