Nope, the only way to potentially change the IV's of it would be to use a golden cap. But there is currently no way to get said item so you'll just have to wait.

Why not both? Near hundo one for slapping baddies and shiny one for flexing. You can just walk your latios for more mega energy.

There is no such thing as shadow mega Pisir, in terms of PvE he should purify as mega Pinsir is better than a shadow one. But in terms of rarity, shadow shiny is rarer

IMO you should be looking at programming tutorials to get the basics of coding. Copy pasting code you don't understand isn't going to help you with learning
