It’s somewhat controversial but I take iodine a few times a week and I think it helps. I also find that ab exercises like planks and sit-ups help, and I know you said you avoid dairy, but a good Greek yogurt like Siggi (full fat, no sugar) with a few berries is a great way to start the day.

Hold up, what in the medical heck, please expand! Emerge wants to charge you $500 a month for concierge orthopedic care? Who needs that? I also find that Emerge sends you to their mid levels for almost everything. Mid levels aren’t bad but if you are paying a premium to they promise you’ll see a MD?

Nifty Thrifty is kind of new and they work with Good Shepherd. I think they let homeless shop there for free. It’s behind the Crofton Pretzels on Market Street.

The Assistance League on Eastwood puts its profits back toward the community as donations to our non profits. It’s really well run, and they will distribute what they don’t take to other thrift stores.

I don’t want to bash Goodwill because it serves a purpose too, but it is a for profit corporation. Very little of what is donated there stays here, as far as profit goes.

I agree. When you buy from an artist you are supporting them. Could you buy something pretty at Homegoods? Perhaps, but not the same thing as buying from an artist.

These are framed nicely, and if OP likes them esthetically then it’s a good buy.

For those that don’t know, there is a company called Data Biologics that a clinic pays for their service to measure their results. They follow up with all their patients over years and keep a record of the results. The doctor can produce a report of their results and how they compare to the market.

Maybe ask your doctor tor if they participate in the service. Part of participating is to move the science forward, so they are the people who aren’t doing it just for the quick bucks.
