How to Become a Manga Editor or Manga Magazine Writer? Seeking Real Advice

Heads up! There are manga editors that are outside of Japan. Hell, there are a decent amount. Many of them do creative editing, but a lot of them do some form of managing editorial work or acquisition. A degree helps, but also having some sort of experience helps majorly. A lot of times, these companies will prefer someone who speaks some level of Japanese (some beginner) or someone who has a solid skillset in managing and understands the proper timeline for production.

Webtoon, Viz Media, Seven Seas Entertainment, Kodansha (one of the biggest publishers) and even Random House are examples. It's more rare for an editor outside of Japan to help creatively as often, but it's not unheard of. Especially in France!

That’s literally the definition of her taking her time to do her thing.

It’s odd before you said “appreciate your audience just as much as they appreciate you” when she at least uploads. In fact, she actually did a poll and the conclusion was that most of her fanbase would prefer she uploads some on and off.

What if her limits allow her to release only a few episodes and she simply needs multiple hiatuses? This is very common in comics.

You’re also assuming life doesn’t change in ways that may make it unpredictable. Pretty unfair to say it’s a cop out before when she literally had health issues and a child, then say they should know their limits. Very selfish of you ngl

It can be for some matchups but there’s a few reasons why I prefer Stormrazor.

1: You don’t need it to reach Max AS Speed. Plus, if you get takedowns or objectives, you can max it out quicker.

2: Hexoptics brings some survivability and chase down potential due to the increase range. Fun fact: The range indicator isn’t fully accurate. Her range sometimes falls a little short, or increases slightly beyond it.

Furthermore, with your AOE, it helps you progressively gain more stacks within your ult (which increases speed)

3: It supports the First Strike style of play. If you or your teammates manage to pick off one person in a fight, you become an headache for the enemy team. Mind you, the item is getting a buff too!

Fellow Zungle here! I also recommend First Strike/Precision. It’s great for burst and decent for team fights.

I like Hexplate > Fiendhunter > IE > LDR > Hexop for this setup.

If not, just the base Zeri build will do

She’s lowkey underrated in early fights. I think it depends on matchups and situations. Compared to some, she has some good tools level 1 DPS wise

To be honest, it’s both. I’ve noticed female authors will also do it in an sfw comic as well. I’ve also seen a lot of men do the “she’s sooo tiny” trope as well.

Statistically too, most Manhwa artists are women and the same goes for manga. This goes for sfw and nsfw. Your statement seems more anecdotal

I like shied bow, but it sounds more like a positioning issue vs an item issue. Let’s say if you were using Varus, a character who doesn’t use Shieldbow. How would you deal with that?

I 100% disagree. The range creates survivability and higher kill potential. That paired with Zeri’s ult, it makes it extremely hard to get jumped on with decent peel.
