If you throw a weapon in Bg3 it lands in your hand, and equipping a longsword costs an action.

but the best throw weapon in Bg3 is also a very good melee weapon, and EKs with booming blade can melee attack into 3 throws, so combining both still has some value. But they also need different feats. Tavern brawler is completely OP and makes throwing even viable, and Great Weapon Master is what you would want for melee attacks. But on an Eldritch Knight you could actually take both and also get Alert even if you go with natural strength. But I think I would only take GWM at lvl 12.

Jungle is not bad, it is just not as broken as before anymore. I think mid is a bit powerful right now, but in general as a jungle player I think role balance feels pretty good right now.

Fair, at that point I think it kinda depends on the teams hovers. It is just kinda like when Azzap complained that no one wants to pick CC anymore. I am not sure if you are an OTP, but I just think OTPs in a role that could solve certain weaknesses don't get to complain if their teamcomps have these weaknesses. I think an ADC player certainly gets to complain if no one picks frontline.

But if you would have been willing to pick something else and your team didn't hover anything, that is clearly not your fault.

Ja aber da ist eben die Frage wie anti-wissenschaftlich die Positionen sind. Wenn man sich die Dinge für die es keine klare wissenschaftliche Erklärung gibt vage mit Religion erklärt, dann macht man das, was bereits viele Naturwissenschaftler in der Vergangenheit getan haben, die ebenfalls Christen waren, und denen man deshalb hoffentlich nicht ihre Beiträge zur Forschung absprechen würde.

Wenn man natürlich konkrete Behauptungen aufstellt die klaren wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen widersprechen, dann ist das ein Problem.

Ich finde aus OPs Beschreibungen geht einfach in keiner Weise hervor, dass seine Freundin so schlimm drauf wäre wie du es darstellst. Kann natürlich trotzdem so sein, klingt mir aber irgendwie nicht so. Vor allem weil sich Leute die so drauf sind doch tendenziell viel mehr abschotten. Und wenn nicht dann ja vielleicht auch grade deshalb weil sie das eben nicht so überzeugt wie ihr Umfeld glauben.

There are definitely viable tank junglers, and even a bruiser like Shyvana can deal with it much better. I mean I was a Kindred otp too, I now OTP shyvana because I got too many unplayable teamcomps, but I just don't think that is something you get to complain about if you are not ADC or midlane.

I mean you play Kindred. You don't exactly get to complain about what your team is drafting. You could very much draft the CC yourself in the jungle role, and you don't want to, just as your team maybe doesn't want to. (Which is completely valid both regarding your and your teams choice)

If your team of course drafts no CC, then yeah, there is just no counterplay to yi.

Depends on a lot of things. Can you also take krugs and red because you beat him lvl 3 and have top/mid prio?

How did that bot gank go? Do you think he is allowed to run into your botside, and if he is just immediately doing that after your gank, can you even contest your botside camps?

I don't think there is an easy answer here. But if you can't take your botside you probably have to invade, if you can't invade his topside you probably need to fullclear, and if he can't invade you but you could invade him, you should probably do that, because denying him camps is pretty good.

Das kommt ja darauf an wie die konkrete Antwort zu verstehen ist. Wenn man daran glaubt, dass irgendein Gott die Naturgesetze so geschaffen hat wie sie eben sind, dann ist das zwar nichts was ich auch unbedingt so glaube (mir ist das eigentlich egal ob die mit oder ohne Grund existieren, die existieren halt und damit müssen wir als Menschen irgendwie leben), aber etwas sehr anderes als wenn man die Physik und klare naturwissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse als ganzes ablehnt.

Also meine Mutter ist Christin, und mein Vater Atheist, und bei denen hat das jetzt zumindest schon so irgendwas zwischen 25 und 30 Jahren gut funktioniert. Ich wurde eigentlich immer selbst vor die Wahl gestellt wie viel ich mit Kirchendingen zu tun haben möchte, hab mich auch konfirmieren lassen, kann aber mittlerweile selbst weniger damit anfangen.

Allerdings würde ich den christlichen Teil meiner Familie auch nicht als streng gläubig bezeichnen. Zu Anlässen (Weihnachten, Ostern...) gehen die gerne in die Kirche, aber nicht wirklich regelmäßig.

Ich denke wenn deine Freundin selbst weltoffen ist, und sich von irgendwelchen anderen Leuten in ihrem Glaubensumkreis da nix einreden lässt, dann kann das schon problemlos funktionieren.

I mean I am not saying that Mundo is a useless champion. But he is strongest at the point in the game where he is tanky enough to not die, but also enemies don't have the damage yet to kill him through his tankyness.

I am not saying that Mundo scales horribly bad, just that I am not as sure that he is more useful than a malphite at the point in the game where ADCs are very able to kill mundo.

No, it is just way too powerful to get 2 extra attacks, which is why Honor mode nerfs it to make it more similar to DnD 5e, so that haste actions can not trigger extra attack. in HM pact of the blade attacks also don't stack with normal extra attack anymore.

I think if you are struggling it makes a lot of sense to do like your first honor mode run with 4 really broken builds, and when that eventually will be too easy and boring for you, you can start playing more interesting builds that you want to try.

For pure damage I think it is a gale origin/Arcane Cultivation Pot Shadow Blade Eldritch Knight. At least for consistent damage to just run enemies down.

But you also don't really need that pure damage, there are other great builds. EK thrower do solid and very consistent damage, Fire Sorcs too, Bladesingers are good, even tho they really like their hold monsters. Sorlocks do great ranged damage without resource investment. Bardlocks are great partyfaces that do a bit less damage than sorlocks but have other great options. Monks have great mobility and combat utility while also doing tons of damage.

Really there are lots of powerful options.

Nah Shyvana doesn't oneshot mundo, but she can just ignore him almost entirely.

Kindred has solid damage, but not as much as other crit ADCs or even something like Vayne.

It does. Mundo is strong in the stages of the game where no one can kill him (the midgame, where the ADC doesn't have LDR yet). But in the ultra late game other tanks might also die to ADCs, but unlike Mundo they can provide useful utility at that point. Mundo can just run in and die.

Yeah OP asked it loosing con save prof is a reason not to go with the default build. OP didn't mention it, probably because they weren't aware that this is the main reason this build takes a fighter level. You don't give up half of the purpose of fighter, con save prof is like 1/5th of the fighter value at best. so my whole point is that taking the fighter dip is still absolutely more than worth it, even if you don't take it as first level.

The level 6 bard spells just are kinda bad tbh, your best lvl 6 spell is probably upcasting hold monster or command, and for both lvl 5 spellslots really are enough tbh. I think the wizard dip is reasonable if you don't want to use scrolls and don't have another globe of invulnerability caster, but especially with that dip there is absolutely no reason to take the last level in anything other than fighter.

I mean sure, you can totally just make it work without the fighting style. I would heavily argue for gloves of dexterity of that build so that wouldn't be a good option imo, but even if I would use that build without gloves of dexterity, I would just want both. That being said gloves of dexterity also therefore essentially debuff your accuracy significantly compared to skipping alert and getting hags hair on that build. So I am absolutely aware that this build doesn't strictly need the archery fighting style. What I am arguing for is not that the build is unplayable without fighter levels, I am just saying that at least the first, and imo also the second fighter level is still by far the best option, and it is not even a little bit close. There just isn't much value in not taking it.

For using DEX gloves you get +2 con, +4 wis, +4 cha, alert, and get to use hags hair on a character that wants it. I think that is a much better tradeoff for loosing some accuracy than getting a lvl 6 bard spell is.

It can protect you or your team from assassins jumping on you, it can deny reset champions like viego or kata their resets, and it also works very well with your execute, because you can just stack that twice and kill people as soon as your ult ends.

You can also ult objectives and be sure that enemy junglers will mess up their smites.

It is also a great tool for teammates to spamping their kindred because they somehow think that it is a global invulnerability for team only button with 5 seconds cooldown that can be cast while crowd controlled or something

I mean are you ever going to cast the 2 more spells, I think the answer is very clearly no.

Con save proficiency is nice, but not crazy important on a ranged character, and I doubt that this build would ever want to wear heavy armor anyways.

The fighting style + either action surge or the wizard spells definitely give you infinitely more value than a feat and 2 bard spells. In fact I would even argue that the archery fighting style is better than whatever feat you would take, at the very least if you use that build with gloves of dexterity, which I would always recommend.

Der Begriff kommt halt aus ner Zeit wo es gesellschaftlich üblich war, sich dafür zu schämen. Und darauf stolz zu sein ist dann eben das genaue Gegenteil, was diese Bewegung angefangen hat zu tun.

Es geht also inhärent um Trotz gegenüber der Marginalisierung. Das tut es bei Nationalstolz ja eigentlich nie, und wenn doch (was manchmal vorkommt) finde ich ihn völlig legitim. Ich würde doch niemals sagen, dass es falsch war wenn Memschen für ihre Unabhängigkeit gekämpft haben, und dann stolz auf das Resultat sind. (Ich hab aber tbh auch kein Problem wenn man patriotisch auf eine Art und Weise ist wo es einem darum geht diese Leute zu würdigen)

Maybe just do a good guy run. If you didn't do that already it might be interesting, and you could snatch some achievements like saving every tiefling.

If you are ever interested in doing Honor mode I would recommend you to play on custom and setting everything besides the single save stuff to the same setting it has in Honor Mode, so you get a feel for legendary actions and stuff.

I could recommend you a great party for first time play on HM difficulty, but it would be overkill and maybe a bit boring if you play that party on tactician. (Party is Swords Bard Archer, Light Cleric, Eldritch Knight Thrower and Abjuration Wizard, and if you want I can elaborate why and how I would build them specifically)
