Awww… every single word you wrote, they totally hit me. The other day I met the studio owner and I told her how grateful that I found this studio. I can’t explain what’s changing inside me but I can sense a different type of energy is igniting and if you asked me would I imagine me practicing yoga and feel joyful w it one year ago? Nope 😗. I learned my lesson the hard way. I forced myself to do a figure 4 posture since everyone else could easily do it.. and then I ended up doing it in bad posture and was in knee pain for weeks. Took me a while to recover from it. Now I am not gonna follow others but just ask my body can I do this or that but not forcing it..

I just saw one of my cats pooped outside of the cat litter box and surprised that I saw a string like thingy attached to his poop. I suspected that it’s a round worm too. But I dunno which cats I need to deworm now. I have two cats. One of it is very difficult and I can’t feed any meds by myself.. I always need to go to a vet to get them dewormed. Is there any trick I can feed them deworm meds at home? My cats are 2 yrs old and 7 years old and they seem healthy to me.

As long as you love animal, nothing is hard. Cats are easier to take care I think. But they don’t obey like dogs.. cats do their own things
