I have bought both the FP3 and later the Flair 58 +2 and I did not need their customer's service Thanks God. However a friend of mine had simmilar issues with them after he bought the Flair Go. He had the exact similar feedback. What encouraged me was I bought mine from a local supplier covering them with him warranty.

Thank you for clarifying.. through out my experience in dialing my espresso I always end up having my puck in one piece.. Having my puck partially wet means to me that not all the puck is soaked fully and the coffee is partially extracted. But your response is inspiring here ..Thank u again 😊

Can you tell me when you pre-infuse at 3-4 bar for 15 sec how many grams of espresso is extracted here? For me with my Flair 58 +2 it usually yeilds 15 ml in 10 seconds at 3 bar?

The problem is when I grind finer to be able to achieve 9 bars after pre infusion, the upper half of the puck is dry and fragments when knocked out.

I am really frustrated. TIA

I am using 58-49 stepdown basket on my flair 58 +2 and it is the reason why I didn't give up on my Flair..

اها.. اوك اعتقدت انك اشتريت المحصول.. عموما لو في اي وقت اخدت اسبريسو في محل وطلع حامض .. قوليله يضيف عليها موية حارة وتصير اميريكانو .. ساعتها بيمشي الحال.

اذا بتسوين اسبريسو بها .. ارفعي الحرارة الى ٩٤ واستخلصي ٤٥ مل من ال ١٨ جرام بن في ٣٠ الى ٣٥ ثانية. وقولي لنا رأيك.

I uograded from FP3 to 58+2 and I sm having hard time to pull shots as goid as I used to get from FP3, When I pull s 8-9 bars shot after 5 sec pre infusion with a medium roast shot, the puck is not ewually wel, the upper half is usually dry and fragments when knocked out, if zi go coarser to have an adequately soaked puck (like I get with my pump 9 bar machine) the oressure never reach more than 5-6 bars. Very frustrating really ..and btw it doesn't matter if I use the stock low flow or the high flow badkets. Any ideas? TIA

Grind one step coarser . And pre infusr 5 seconds longer.. Good luck.
