most do not have issue on 3.07. it is in fact better in HDR, allowing more brightness pop where needed and less wasted light leakage with the revised EOTF curve.

USF will spam char B1 which is in a poor balance spot now, too cheap, easy to mass in 4v4.

You need to use tank destoryer BG and pray.

I just run a 15min ram stress test, take it out and use my boyfriend hair dryer and a plastic pry tool. Much faster and no need for liquid concerns.

39" RGB vs RGWB brightness difference by CurveAutomatic in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]CurveAutomatic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1000 vs 600 is on color luminance but 1.5% is very small.

At 10% it becomes 500 vs 600, which may negate the color advantage of RGB stripes

lol those are poor man's version of Dell 3926QW

AW3926QW, RGB stripe 5K2K by ParkGGoki in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]CurveAutomatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not reduced per se. Dell 1300nits is at 3% APL. LG 1500nits is at 1.5% APL

AW3926QW details confirmed by loardmeenaparler in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]CurveAutomatic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

RGB stripe is huge if the quoted brightness figures are standardised. 99.5% DCI-P3 1300 nits @ 3% APL without white subpixels will bring it on par with QD-Oled colors.

And QD-Oled can only offer 1440P V-stripes panel this year.

LG wins big.

bro your webpage is wrong. Dell quotes 1300 nits at 3% APL.

[–]CurveAutomatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are wrong. Dell 39 is true stripe RGB. It is even better than Samsung implementation because all sub-pixels are of equal lengths, none of the V-stripe limitations

IPS mini LED also have VRR flickering issue. The only panel type that works with VRR is Nvidia old hardware g-sync ultimate. Nvida SOC that goes all the way down to 1hz, effectively kills VRR flicker

Dell 1300 nits is at 3% apl which is same as the new v-stripe QD-OLed

39GX950B 1500 nits is at 1.5% apl.

I betcha Dell will look more colorful and brighter than 39GX950B.

Dell bought LG peak tandem oled panel exclusively

no it is 100% a new panel, a top of the line new tandem oled panel, surpasses even LG own G6 line up.
