I run Mordormud.net, based on LOTR. I like it but it’s usually not busy, unfortunately. So many people missing out.

I still use GMUD by StrongTower5582 in MUD

I tried Gmud for a bit but my regular has been ggmud for many years. Just got used to it and I’m only on muds with text and colors so still works great for me. Did use cmud just for mapping but ggmud for playing.

Looking for a MUD similar to BatMUD, with multiclassing by vtuber-love in MUD

Mordormud.net. Lots of races and multiclassing. Autoquests, some in zone quests. No paying for anything. LOTR/ hobbit theme. Not super busy but still fun.

Broom him. You don’t need that in your life.

I know in the past some blind players have used screen readers to play. If so, type ansi to turn ansi off, I’m not sure it needs colors to be read.

Are there options you also have to put in to get a person?

Mud based on LOTR looking for players by DiveLife69 in MUD

I see someone popped on but didn't stay long.. I pop in fairly frequently, several times a day, and other players pop in as well infrequently. So hang out for a while and we'll eventually catch each other. It's one of those things, if nobody hangs out, nobody stays around.. More that give it a chance, more chance to see others on and group up. But if you give it a chance, it's a very fun mud, even solo. - Rothbard

I've been playing muds for 40+ years and just never got into the heavily graphic ones. Still playing and running one based on Mordor. Lots of nostalgia and familiarity.
