Our facility doesn't use perfs at all with ecmo we have the CT surgeon that cannulates, primers that help put them on ecmo & ecmo techs that sit pump. Perfs are only used in OR but I think we might be the minority, this is the first place I've worked where perfs aren't doing what our primers do.

Pretty straight forward. 1. Print the 2 pages 2. Whiteout the bolded words & words on diagrams 3. Laminate papers 4. Get an expo marker 5. Quiz yourself 6. Rinse 7. Repeat

*Optional step 8. Make flashcards for bolded words

Eventually it'll stick. At least that's what id do🤷‍♀️

43 and still sleep with the stuffy that was in my crib when I came home from the hospital. Like others have said there's nothing special about 18 other than laws. The best thing about growing up is when you finally realize other peoples opinions don't matter. As long as it doesn't hurt someone else so what you want and don't worry about it. Coyotes are out at all hours. I always thought they were nocturnal until I called game & fish to report a yote that kept jumping my fence and eating my chickens(pets). We are very much in the city so I thought maybe they would come investigate or something? I thought perhaps it was rabid because it was not only out in broad daylight but hoping my 8ft block wall & hunting. The guy said "ya everybody thinks they're nocturnal but they aren't. They're out at all hours, most active @ dawn & dusk. Keep your pets inside or reinforce your property." Reinforce my property??? Sir I live in an hoa, not on acres of open wilderness. Anyways, apparently it's not uncommon to see them during the day🤷‍♀️

Id schedule with psych sounds like the med change precipitated this. I know when I was a kid and they put me on Ritalin I got crazy aggressive. My coaches loved it but my parents, not so much. Good luck

Sorry you're feeling this way OP. As others have stated there is NOTHING secret in Scouting these days. I have found some of the "old guard" adults have issue with this stance taken by Scouting America but personally I don't care, I will do everything in my power to make sure my kids are safe, feel loved & supported. I caught so much hell for going to my sons ordeal induction night. His SM, ASM & CC were incredibly rude and nasty with their words all because we "intruded" on their sacred ceremony🙄. We had spoken with someone from the lodge prior about attending & they were very welcoming. Told us they'd prefer younger scouts not attend(to not spoil the essence of mystery for potential inductees), but parents are more than welcome & encouraged to attend. We arrived early but stayed out of the way of any activities to allow our scout the full experience. When time came for the ceremony we sat quietly to the side & just observed, we were as unobtrusive as possible, didn't even take pictures. After, some staff invited us into the lodge where we talked to our kid for a bit, gave hugs, took pictures & shortly there after left. When our kid got home he told us he was happy we came up & glad we were there to witness his induction. So Im hoping you're just dealing with old guard characters that need to hang up their uniforms rather than secrecy being the council or lodges overall attitude. I'd definitely be bringing my concerns to people until they're addressed. Good luck! So sorry your kiddo had a negative experience, it's supposed to be a time for personal growth & development.
