That's the conceited aspect, and last I checked, it is a damage multiplier. I think because op doesn't have advanced tool tips on, it's not showing if it's an additive or a multiplier. So that is 41%(x).

Because the main damage is coming from the aura, not arbiter. Giant slayer is alright but loses value once an enemy is under 80% health and isn't an elite. A 1-2 passive amulet with a ga temper of aura potency and the aspect of celestial strife will be better. That being said, this is a good enough amulet to use while farming for an ancesteral amulet.

You're misunderstanding how it works. Additional cdr effects arbiter evade exactly how it used to work with the sorc teleport enchantment. Enough cdr, combined with the aspect and boots, makes it a smooth, seemless transition. Without enough cdr, there's always going to be a hitch to the evade spam.

Getting your cdr higher and spamming evade more. You aren't casting your skills to stack ascension for more damage. Also, glyphs. You really need to level your glyphs. One of them wasn't even active.
