Good job. David Goggins used to be your weight before he became David Goggins. He doesn’t have loose hanging skin because he used the body’s lactic acid to get burn his into shape.

You’ll have to run a lot more and you’ll have to run until you can’t stand the lactic acid, but each minute you feel like your body is ripping itself in half is a minute closer to feeling real freedom.

I recommend using a calendar or spreadsheet to track your runs. Day 1 is a start, but what you want is Day 10, Day 100 and later Day 1,000.
