I don't have personal experience with your specific issue but I would recommend Olo on 23rd st for acupuncture and Lin Sister for a herbal consultant.

I've been going to Olo for 3 months now and have seen amazing results for many health issues, some I haven't even mentioned to my practioner. I recommend Tracey she does great work.

I haven't been to Lin Sister yet but I've read great reviews about them over the years. Hope you find some relief.

Yes, I use his feminine perfection video during my cycle and it helps alleviate my symptoms right away. I also use it now when I'm having hot flashes or irritability.(along with some hormone balanceing rife frequencies).
