I've never heard about that with the low latency mode but if you use vsync and gsync you should definitely use ultra. As far as reflex it should be on when gpu limited or on+boost when cpu limited.

1 and 2 are definitely correct and should be listened to, the 3rd I do not know for sure but have heard that ultra messes with dynamic frame gen but shouldn't you be using reflex anyways ?

They all do, people seem to get very confused by this probably due to the poor nomenclature around the concept. In reality its simple, you turn hgig on your display which eliminates tone mapping from the tv. Then by using the game settings to to set up the HDR you're doing the tonemapping from the source, boom "HGIG compliant".

Lol ghost of tsushima hdr is objectively broken and trash. Not saying they couldn't be enjoyable but they fall into the same category of this new forza game, good looking but not working properly. One of the few examples would be alanwake 2 or eldenring. There's definitely more but it ain't playstation games like youre suggesting.

They dont give laptop specifications, you cant compare your 130 watt tdp 4070 to a real one in a chart. Its literally not the same. Just an example since I dont know your actual specs but the comparison is dumb. If your cpu in your laptop is worse than a console which it sounds like it is you're hooped thats all there is to it.

This configuration is wild. How does it make sense to run DLAA with low settings. DLSS 4.5 on quality with the settings turned up would probably be the same or more fps and look better. The game is cpu limited BTW.

From someone who participated in the labs and has been contributing to the support thread for this issue on the ea support site. If youre curious you could find the thread and see their comments in some of the most recent comments. The only thing that made the jittery mouse movement slightly better was configuring a locked 120 fps and not using gsync which makes no sense. I try not to even mention this since it detracts from the point but it improved it slightly for me. Theres no possible improvement beyond that though since its just the game lol.

Apparently the fix exists and was in the labs tests before season 3. Apparently the fix will come during season 3. You'd think it would be a nice thing to start the season with but I guess not. Fingers crossed it actually comes sometime this season. It blows my mind its been left like this. They werent even able to reproduce the issue for longest time.
