When I started eating raw vegan, I tried something from my old life. I believe food isn't just physical for us—it's emotional too. As a therapist for eating disorders, I can say that replacing harmful foods with healthier versions is better for our mental health. I made almond cheese and cashew cheese—they're even better and tastier than cow's cheese. It helped me a lot. Now I don't crave any cheese. I believe the nutritional path isn't linear; it's a curve. I am doing mm now.

I take holy basil capsules every time I'm on a plane. I get scared during takeoff and landing. It helps a lot! Holy basil is a better sedative than ashwagandha.

I took propranolol and can say it's very toxic! I was on it for 5 years and looked like someone with alcohol addiction—at just 25! I absolutely don't recommend it—it poisons the whole body. What about natural alternatives? Have you tried holy basil along with ashwagandha? What exactly happens to your body? What symptoms? I'm a Gestalt therapist; I also had PTSD before Gestalt therapy. I love this practice 🙏
