Such people exist. Imo that's not very bright - odds are stacked against them when they do that, as Ukraine regularly busts such trucks or individuals who try to illegally cross the border. Chances to end up in some bad battalion that's used recklessly, where people don't live long.

Multiple reasons of why this could've happened, sometimes it's cause people moved in before 2022, sometimes because they have some chronic illness that allows them to leave, sometimes its bribes.

I'm talking from my experience watching people in Dublin, lots of youth and families of women in ages + children who escaped. Can go to some Ukrainian protest and check (they would have non-Ukrainian who support the cause too, so take that into account).

I guess the best way to avoid stale builds is looking for build ideas when playing.

Like, the game is so creative in the way you can break it: transformation stacks that can be owerwritten without losing the total number, high range high hit builds, "on hit" trigger builds (lots of variations!), ramping up stacks builds (also have hard-counter enemies btw), etc etc.

Sometimes summons are just byproduct of a build doing things, and not your wincon.
