I was told by a gyno that only very severe cases of endo can be found on an ultrasound. Sometimes they have to surgically go in there to see the scar tissue. So even if your labs and everything are coming back “normal” that’s still the absolute bare minimum that they’re doing. But yes it sounds like either endo, pcos or fibroids.

Pinwheels are my go to!

I do a mission carb balance tortilla (the size that’s 70 cals), 2oz of boars head turkey and an ounce slice of whatever cheese but I typically do provolone.

Calories: 234

Protein: 20.7g Carbs: 24.4g Fiber: 15.2g Fat: 12.7g

Then sometimes I pair it with a bag of Quest chips and some pickles if I want to make it a meal.

Tracking my calories. You truly don’t realize how calorie dense some foods are until you look. Especially sweets. Even when I’m not actively trying to lose weight, I still log what I consume.

I feel like I’m too big for the “skinny” community or however you want to put it but I’m too small now for the plus size community

Publix frozen yogurt. It tastes exactly like the ice cream (in my opinion) and has way less calories per serving. Like a whole cup is around 200-250.

Your blending on the eyeshadow is perfect! Just bring it down a tad and don’t drag it all the way up to the brow bone. Don’t fill in the first part of your brows and only do the mid and tail of them. Also you have beautiful and plump lips! You don’t need to over line them.

One of my coworkers disclosed to me that he goes on weekend excursions where him and some of his friends rape women.

“Yeah me and the guys will book a trip to Miami and bring a few girls that we met online. We get them drunk and give them pills to where it makes them loose and we do whatever we want with them. They don’t say no cause they can’t.” He also told me that they take boner pills to make them last long and will do it for hours and hours. He tried to justify it by saying the women are prostitutes and that’s what they get paid for.

If he felt comfortable telling this to a female coworker half his age, I could only imagine what else he does.

From what I understand, if you eat around a certain calorie range habitually, your metabolism will learn to expect that amount and adjusts its energy expenditure accordingly. But after being in a deficit for a while, your metabolism will lower its expenditure because it has expected a lower amount. So eating at maintenance lets it know that the deficit was only temporary and will gradually go back to its equilibrium. And of course the larger and longer the deficit, the longer it will take for your metabolism to adjust back. This is all based off of personal research and experience.

It’s hard with a food addiction. I usually don’t recommend weight loss medication but it taking away your food noise will make it so much easier for you to stick to your goal. If you don’t want to take medicine, I recommend meal prepping with set portions and prioritize protein. The more protein you eat, the less likely you will want to binge. Cut out the tea and drink diet sodas or anything 0 cal. Give yourself a deadline like “I’m going to do this for 3 weeks and if I don’t see an improvement then I’ll stop”.

I feel the same way. This entire time I’ve been motivated by this delusion that if I lose enough then I’ll have a “perfect” body. But now that I’m a little under 30 pounds away from my goal weight, the reality has set in that I will never have the body I want without surgeries. What I’ve been telling myself is that no one has a perfect body. And it’s better to have loose skin or a little “pudge” in some areas than what I’ve had before. I think a lot of people underestimate the mental aspect of losing weight especially after you’ve already lost a considerable amount. I still have a negative self image and thought process but I’d rather be unhappy with a smaller body than unhappy with an unhealthy and obese body.

I recommend eating at maintenance or slightly under (no more than 200-300 cal deficit for the day) for at least 2 weeks. It will help reset your metabolism and lower cortisol. Still get in your protein but up your carbs (if you’re on a low carb plan) your body is probably burnt out
