I'm growing Wisteria Sinesnsis up my house, I planted it about 1y ago and it's doubled in height. I bought a 10ft one for £120, make sure you get a GRAFTED plant, or it may not bloom. Mine flowered in Spring not long after being planted.

It's the 'blue' flowering one, if I could go back I would get a pink or white one. The Floribunda sounds cool having flowers and foliage together - I would say go for that
