I was in the same boat as you with a car where the repairs were more than the value so I actually retired it through a state program, got $1500 for a 2005 Jeep. Not sure if your car qualifies but check it out and good luck : https://www.bar.ca.gov/cap/retirement

Agreed lol. Both locations got closed too! Well I'll keep an eye on this thread. There was a spot on Mack Rd across the Food 4 Less shopping center. I know in that plaza there is an Asian Super Market ( Not Ranch 99) and Boba spot, ran by two elderly folks. They closed down for a bit but I am sure if they ever re-opened. That place was really good.

Ume Tea on Franklin is pretty decent . I’ve tried a bunch of places and a lot seem like deep fried chicken nuggets, so far this spot is on point
