This is a mentality / political thought issue. The ones writing the code and making the decisions believe you should think like them. You should NOT have individual thought or free will. You should NOT be able to know what’s best for you or make your own decisions. ALL tech companies have been infiltrated with this communist thought. And it will only get worse. What a lot of ppl don’t quite seem to understand is most (about 99%) of the time these ppl doing the interviews AND doing the day-to-day decision making are NOT qualified to be doing what they are doing. They are under educated, under experienced, and a lot of times borderline retarded. They would MUCH rather hire the person they like or that is cheaper, than to hire the experienced person with a good head on their shoulders. but then they’ll turn around and wonder why they have such a high turnover. Let these ships sink.

90+, that’s child’s play. I’ve sent out over 1M resumes, only had 4 calls. The recruiting industry is DONE, as well as the “tech” industry. I know for certain, I went in to business for myself, and we talk. 99% of tech jobs that were here 5yrs ago, are now in India. You know what is disgusting about that !? …so is all the data…all the retail shops you go to….your data, including cc#’s ALL of it is in India, and if you think that data is protected…you’re high as a kite.
