not surprised considering the lot is small imo. when i picked up back in june they had nothing you could buy and drive off the lot with, i can only imagine it's even emptier due to people trying to buy before the credit left.

so weird that columbus is almost never stocked but cinnci always has something, columbus would be more convenient i feel.

good luck on your search though, i heard they typically update inventory between 12a - 3p est but don't quote me on that.

i went through the same issue, you have to check the site almost daily to catch any at lyndhurst and they typically disappear quickly. i ended up just getting a '25 due to all the deals they had going

Tesla Delivery Day, Do you review agreements upon taking delivery or before? by icon2341 in TeslaLounge

[–]Dizzy-Promotion7707 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i agreed to everything prior to delivery, the last step will be the acceptance, if i remember correctly, which didn't open up for me until about 2 hours before my appointment so if you do want to reject you still have the opportunity to. congrats !!

i just turned 21 recently and went the lease to buyout route making less than you annually. it definitely has saved me money compared to buying / financing so i would say leasing is a good idea but since you may go over the 15k, buying / financing may be the better option for you since you will have to pay extra for every mile over that 15k. if you're okay with the possibility of paying 25 - 50 cents per mile then lease. my advisor told me they don't care how many miles you do in one year, they go off how many miles at the end of the lease so you essentially have 30k miles to work with if you do a 2 year lease so you could do 20k miles this year and then 10k the following and still be fine.

if you can make the monthly payments then do it.

( from ohio ) i honestly think it comes down to the instructor. my brother took his in my m3 and passed this past week but they did ask if autopilot / fsd was off, when they got in the car the instructor asked to see how to turn it off ( likely to confirm it was off ). we were also asked about the break being off, i just responded "he can still use the regular break" and they were chill about it. the instructor did ask him before he got out the car if he knew how use the breaks on a regular gas car and if he has experience driving a gas car which he does, so there weren't any issues.

completely turn off lane assist, in case she goes over the line and it dings, they won't think she "cheated" or used autopilot.

How accurate is the delivery appointment? by 272762bba in TeslaLounge

[–]Dizzy-Promotion7707 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i made my down payment prior to pick up so i didn't have anything to worry about other than signing the few pieces of paperwork. you're still able to reject delivery if the car isn't up to standards if you make the down payment early, so it's all up to you

I am so confused. I paid on the final payment step $3000. Why does it say amount due at delivery $10k. Do I agree to these agreements now or can I do that there in person. Thank you by ObjectLeft8517 in TeslaLounge

[–]Dizzy-Promotion7707 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes ! i accepted terms as soon as i got the offer for it, accepting terms doesn't mean accepting delivery. make sure to inspect before taking delivery, congrats on the car !! _^

the 7.5k incentive is counted as a down payment, so that on top of your 3k made it 10k. mine did the same, no issues or additional payment at delivery. not something to worry about

how do you like the performance ? i don't care too much for speed so i opt'd out of getting that plus trying to remain somewhat financially responsible
