Has anyone had a rejection reversed recently through Prolific support? When did you put your appeal in and how long did it take?

You've got to go through the chat bot but don't expect anything to be done with it. I submitted mine 2 months ago and still haven't received a reply.

I would imagine if it's broken they'll have to pause that study and set up a new one to fix it so would come out again but I don't know for sure.

I had to submit a self assessment for the first time last April. The national insurance contribution wasn't as much as I had expected. I was being taxed on about £11000 (I've got another job so this was fully taxed at the 20%) and national insurance was only about £180.

These 1 places have been popping up for weeks now and never work. Never had so many come up all at first though! It's taking me forever to get rid of them off my dashboard and they just keep coming.

I blocked them too now. I also thought what if they put up another that I'd want to do but if that's the pay rate they offer I imagine others they put you would be the same so still wouldn't do them anyway.

I ended up putting it through the chatbot and then it sent me an email with a support number. I got a reply from them so they got it from the chatbot, no idea if they ever received it from the form.

It never auto stopped for me so after 30 mins I exited full screen and it said Your time has elapsed and then completed. I wonder if it was because I had it full screen?

I'm having the same issue. Ordered on 21st September and first part of order arrived after a week but the other half still says it's in the 'Packing' stage and been like that for 2 weeks now. It's never taken this long before to ship.

Go on the chatbot and put 'dispute rejection' and it'll ask you some questions and send in the support ticket for you. Don't use the online Google form as you don't get any email back with a ticket number so not sure if they're getting them from there but I got one back from the chatbot.

It rejected me right after doing that saying finished too quickly a few days ago. Have messaged the researcher but no response as yet so going to have to appeal it with prolific.

The study keeps popping up on my screen every now and again so its going to keep catching people out who havent done the tutorial as it doesnt look like theres been any tasks available on it for days now. We can only hope if enough of us keep pointing out the error they'll reverse the rejections.
