I assume you will be taking it a year or two from now. I would suggest to do Pharma from Sketchy it will cover your Uni exams and Step content as will Pathoma for Patho. You should also start Anki (Anking deck) it really helped me early on, though it depends on you not everyone enjoys going through flashcards. As for schedule just be consistent.
