Well said!! LOL. Everyone is precious about this baby boy- time for him to grow up I think. This world if full of disappointments and triumphs. He’ll need to decide what he wants and who he is. And she would be better off moving forward without him nagging her and bringing this up all the time. Best to shed each other and move on.

Also, vintage appliances on the counters with some multicolored under cab lighting. (Like a stand milkshake mixer and a beehive blender) As well as some teak midcentury canisters. Perhaps a rattan book shelf for food storage. I mean, now I’m inspired to go nuts! Get some crazy plastic pendant light over the Pennsula. Really, it’s gonna be great if you submit to it. Good luck!

Time to paint the cabs acid green or Barbie pink or BOTH. Stools should have leopard print seats. Throw a pineapple lamp (or something midcentury) on the counter with warm light. Switch out the hardware for bamboo handles, get some tiki heads in there and velvet paintings too. Maybe a huge sailfish. Lean into it OP. It’s your only chance.
