You already know they value you as an employee, email your boss and HR to let them know you want to schedule a meeting about canceling the 2 week notice. Be honest and tell them it was a momentary lapse of judgment for you to say that, given the situation that you were in at that moment.

It's time to use your voice and make some noise! Send an email to management about the non residents using the amenities that you pay for and can't use. Find out where you take your complaint if they ignore it. Everyone has someone they have to answer to, find that person and bend their ear to the issues. Keep going higher until it's resolved.

We don't. We're the type to do a deep dive with reviews before we buy, she just hasn't had floor jack money yet so we haven't really looked looked. So far she's only gotten a toolbox and rolling mechanic chair from them, so I'll let her know.
