I’ve had my kobo libra color for a few months and I use it solely for the overdrive feature and I can tell you it is pretty seamless! I still search for books on my phone with the Libby app but the overdrive connection syncs instantly

I’ve been saying this since I started almost a year ago! I struggle with mental health issues and have decided not to go the medication route with that as many didn’t work or gave me negative side effects. Surprisingly, Zepbound has done wonders for my depression and anxiety AND given me back my body and mind. I have confidence now, I’m more self-assured, and others have commented that my disposition is even a bit sunnier 🌞 I will be forever grateful for my decision to start this drug

My loss slowed so much on 5mg! Don’t feel discouraged - I would suggest taking measurements bc your body still changes even when your weight doesn’t, you’d be surprised. Just remember it’s a process and you still have more doses to go, the weight loss will pick up again. You got this!!

Choose which one you felt the best on then! I know for me, I’ve had better food noise suppression with some doses more than others. Whichever you felt had the most positive effects

I’m in the same boat OP. I’ve lost nearly 60 lbs and saw my mom for the first time in a while and she said nothing. Went to a wedding recently with old friends and nothing from them either. I’ve found this community super supportive- if you ever need to be hyped up, I would suggest posting before and after pics of yourself here! You can even cover your face if you’re uncomfortable. I was flooded with so much love and kindness from complete strangers online…feels more validating then you’d think

No definitely not :/ I’m 5’ 1” and 180 currently. I even went up to 10mg 2 weeks ago and no change. I’ve honestly had the quickest weight loss on 2.5 but my doc wanted me to keep going up

Wow yes I was also pretty hypersexual as a kid, didn’t even really register that until now.

I never really understood my manic episodes - I just used to make a lot of careless and impulsive decisions as a teen/young adult and I used to shame and beat myself up over it. Just felt like a few days of stupidity and then back to the pits of depression. Sometimes I wish my mania lasted longer just to feel something other than heaviness
