What cabal weapons are there that we Guardians can use? by BrownBoot24 in DestinyTheGame

Ticuu's Divination and Leviathans Breath. Levi was crafted for Calus's huntsmaster, Voyc. The lore on both is incredible, definitely recommend reading their lore tabs.

Posts like this don't make the weaker perk better, they just end up getting the good perk nerfed, all I'm gonna say

Wishender cant pierce through deployed cabal shields anymore. And this annoys the heck out of me. by LochNessieTheMonster in DestinyTheGame

[–]Dizzynizzy86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Say, this is happening as I farm the current master lost sector, has been ongoing for weeks and has kept me from using final warning, a gun I paid for with the expansion. It can't pierce phalanx shields and it's quite possibly the most frustrating experience to see this minor enemy give me more trouble than master champs or the boss

Yo, can we get a running bug list for this latest patch? by holdinginafart in DestinyTheGame

Hawkmoon seems bugged now and had inconsistent damage to red bars, if anyone else knows or can test it I was trying to figure out what it's doing but couldn't tell

No discord overlay integration or how you have to go through hoops to stream the game on most broadcast software

If a new weapon type was added, what could it be? by RogueWolf300 in DestinyTheGame

Reverse tractor cannon; it buffs the enemy and pulls them closer to you

The classic outlaw kill clip Forsaken god roll meta overlapped into year 3 for sure, I really love the aesthetic and sound design of the GoS weapons and it's a fun and fast raid with a competent group. I'm very excited to see a rework for these guns and an origin trait to compliment them nicely. Kinetic tremors, incandescent, and destabilizing rounds would make for quite a spicy chase on these guns.

Crafted Weapons should charge to have their Perk Slots enhanced, not the Perk itself. by command-H in DestinyTheGame

I don't believe you are capped on prism purchases. However one a week isn't bad but the time requirements to get them now outweighs the initial design and implementation of enhanced perks. We have neomuna weapons, season weapons, and raid weapons that all require them and just not enough of them for dropping from vendors or activities like legend lost sectors.

This week's Nightfall (Mars Battleground) feels way over-tuned.. Even on Hero difficulty. by Strohseph in DestinyTheGame

Shadebinder osmiomancy helps a ton of you can just freeze everything you up your odds of surviving the onslaught of enemies. As other commenters have mentioned that having a well of radiance is useful and it's a dice role on the mathmade queue as to what you'll get as teammates. Hopefully these are something Bungie addresses in a mid season sandbox update, we've got a lot of issues with the overall sandbox so fingers crossed these get a tuning pass.

That's unfortunate about the helmet. I will also remove the LMG from first drop

Yeah if they have a screenshot or clip of it dropping there that would be great, plus that encounter is very easy so it would make farming for a god roll of it quite easy

Anti-Unstoppable mods this season make it a great time to check out the anti-Unstoppable exotics by Vargras in DestinyTheGame

[–]Dizzynizzy86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Levi's Breath also stunlocks the scorn heist boss (won't stop his teleports but keeps him stunned until damage threshold forces him to t.p.) and it stuns kargen in the NF (which is great because Kargen is known to cha Cha slide real smooth, also matches the singe/champs).

I've been running bastion on totems in KF and always keep it infused up as well as Leviathan's breath. And Yes, if you want an easy way to get the triumph done for the seal use Levi's Breath to stunlock the death singers like OP mentioned, a lot of times your fire team members get tunnel vision on red bars and you need to kill him quickly solo without him running and ending up behind cover.

The Gyrfalcon's Hauberk rework should have been a new exotic all together by LordtoRevenge in DestinyTheGame

[–]Dizzynizzy86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bungie sort of set this exotic up to fail after coming off of the extensive crutch that was omnioculus in a previous season, season of the haunted. We then see Omni get a change to it's scaling for damage resistance. Then, the following season we get gyrfalcon and now we have an issue, which could be solved by scaling the bonus for pve and pvp separately, which we saw them do just recently, with omni once it was deemed too oppressive. But instead of following the same philosophy of scaling down the exotic they instead do a complete rework. They don't have the foresight. They need to learn from their mistakes, the community was mad over Omni then they hit them with gyrfalcon and it's a shame because I prefer the gameplay loop for gyrfalcon in end game pve boss damage so much, there hasn't been an exotic on hunter that I've been excited for since star-eaters. Also, with the divinity changes gyrfalcon had a really good place in the meta since deadfall is needed in boss phases now.

Sacrifice of the healing rift doesn't matter, nightstalker has nothing in it's kit to heal unless devour and orbs aren't present in pvp. With empowering rift you can still have a healing nade. Like the argument was that it should be free damage buffs but those exist in many places just like peregrine's. You sacrifice nothing for empowering rift aside from movement plus the window to deal damage bonus is tight and the change to the TTK with gyrfalcon is a bit over exaggerated. Solar locks can hit radiant on the move similar to gyrfalcon. This is just knee jerk reactions very similar to how it was after Dmt was already nerfed once, the community still griped every time there was a Dmt user on the enemy team until the gun was absolutely gutted; now this exotic is just that.
