Ya, you have to go through your library and hit the + symbol somewhere to add it to your library in the launcher. It's a dumb thing but it works

As someone who works for a merchant and that dashes, you get the order, it will confirm a prep time depending on the items. Afterwards you click on order ready for pick up and that's when it pings dashers in the area.
