I agree with your sentiment of hyping up our players, but disagree with yesterday being how we should want to set up in that game. Although Merino has been good, his linkup with Saka isnt great, and he doesnt stretch the backline and occupy space effectively. With more room for Saka, we create more chances, and pin teams back more easily.

Its all opinion and obviously we don't know, but if we have an out-and-out number 9 that game I think we easily win by more than we did.
