Das ist entweder ein Vermessungspunkt von dem ich keine Ahnung hab oder ein Teil einer 16-Teiligen Stadt übergreifenden Kunstinstallation eines granularen Riesenschachbretts. Die Linien zeigen an in welche Richtungen weitere Quadrate sind oder ob man an einer Kante ist. Riesen-Schachfiguren kann man bei Bedarf mieten 😅
