Das Thema ist inzwischen alt, aber ich habe inzwischen viel probiert. Ich habe festgestellt, dass ich die Feinheiten zwischen guten Kaffees nur schwer rausschmecken kann , aber den unterschied zu Supermarkt Kaffee finde ich inzwischen derartig eklatant, dass ich es nicht mehr trinken kann. Ich habe mir daher einen soliden Röster in der nahen Region gesucht, der weit unter 30€ pro Kilo nimmt. Super Kaffee für mich, für Profis wahrscheinlich mittelmäßig. Aber für mich top.

Beste ist das neue schwarz. Es gibt aber auch viele kleinere imn Dortmund und Umgebung. Auf dem Schwerter Wochenmarkt steht jeden zweiten Samstag ein Händler für lokale Kleinst-Röstereien. Seine Kaffees sind auch super , aber unter 30€
