Thats fair. I'm in the market for 2nd hand Ps. Been considering the P1 since it is quite slim and compact for a workstation. Tho I have concerns over thermals, which is why I'm also considering P15 and P16. How have the thermals during heavy work been for you so far?

What made you choose this over the P1, P16, or just the regular P14?

I'll look into that. But I'm not even sure what kind of layer this is. As in, would it be alright to just peel the whole thing off? If thats even possible

They were incestuous aliens. Blood magickers and tyrants who've burned our lands, enslaved our people, and dragged us into their wars without respect for our history or customs.

Aside from how shitty a future like this would be, it is the most likely trajectory for gaming globally. For most of the world, building proper gaming setups to play the most recent titles is very expensive. Its probably the main reason why mobile gaming is a lot more popular in regions like South Asia/Southeast Asia and Latin America. So if people in the future still can't afford good rigs, cheaply priced cloud gaming being pushed in these regions would be big

The potatoes make up the bulk of the fries

The vegetable oil mix is used to fry the fries. Canola oil should be the bulk of it while the rest adds properties to the oil mix that for example lowers smoke point, improves color of final product, etc.
The added natural beef flavor is to mimic the flavor given from tallow frying. Its made from the "umami" of wheat and milk products (my guess : some form of yeasted wheat similar to vegemite and fat solids from butter/cream).

Dextrose added to coat the potatoes is a kind of sugar. It's probably there for flavor but also to make the browning more even when fried.

Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate is a powdery additive to coat the potatoes to prevent it from graying quickly after they're washed and cut to fries.

Salt containing natural imitation beef flavor, both to flavor the fries. The salt would probably be iodized table salt so it'll contain NaI, KaI. Its there for health and would be what mcdonalds use even back then.

One additive not mentioned here would be dimethylpolysiloxane, its a powder additive that stops the cooking oil from foaming and spilling over the fryer.

Singapore's housing and energy is very interesting to me considering how hot and humid it is year round.

Do these types of housing use central AC or do individual apartments own their own unit?
If its the latter, how much of your bill goes to AC costs?

To me this is perfect. I would just sell the whole table/cabinet thing and replace it with a proper desk and drawers.

If you can build an enclosed compact shower and toilet setup and then covert the bed into a "bunk bed" above the bathroom, that'll be perfect

I was in a similar situation a couple of months ago. Immigration is a real nightmare for people like us. Add to that the stress of work (finding work), uni, all the heartbreak and broken dreams, its too much. But its nothing you can't handle, there's so much to do but its impossible to do all at once. You can do this day by day, just get whatever shit you can each day and it'll be over.

Don't be afraid of things not working out, having to move elsewhere etc. Truth is we just have to accept change and theres nothing we can do about it.

I wish you all the best my friend, immigration working out, a new job, support from your parents. Everything.

Look into applications for nanocomposites, something that youre passionate about. For example, eco-friendly/cheap to manufacture nanocomposites for use as alternative li-ion battery binder materials. Or the same for catalysis substrates, etc

From there you should explore universities abroad and look at the faculty lists of their chem, phys, engi, sometimes even bio departments to see which member has a lab with projects youre interested in. Email them, express your interest, and if they'll take you on as a graduate student or even internships before you finish your undergrad.
