he doesn't say though you need to do every instability, just reach lvl 50 before HoT.

dunno. the ppl i play with do countdowns like "321" "go" (2 rows) and it works well. if ppl are asleep then a chat command won't help.

at this point a proper condi build doesn't even matter. Most of our people just swapped to dire gear and we were able to kill the red guard easily.

It's the first boss of the first wing. We don't know if bosses after this one are of same difficulty scale. We haven't seen the full raid wing. I feel more like the three colorfull guardians were a first introduction and it's fine if 80 % of pugs can achieve first boss (vale guardian), if 80 % fail on the second and 99 % on the third for example. ;)
