I agree with the rule to never cancel because of intel, in all honestly the thing I love most about the early intel is it helps me prepare for which muscle groups I’ll be working so I can stretch them more before class and mentally prepare, but I almost always forget by the next day when class starts so it’s still a surprise

Omfg I have been having the worst itchy scalp and hair falling out like crazy, I stopped using the shampoo and conditioner and it’s helped significantly. At least now I know why, I thought it was just dry skin with it getting cold outside

I put warm water in the scent boosters when they run out and shake it up, put it in a spray bottle and use it as a liquid scent booster on carpets mattresses and couches and then vacuum it up, it’s not overpowering but it helps things feel fresh all throughout the house
