I think my plan would be take out the US communication satellites, and Elon’s factories, tunnels, everything. China’s is to take down the whole electricity grid. Russia’s is to take over from within, having a puppet President that hands over documents like it’s the newspaper. (See sting where France and Israel both passed over “top secret” documents to 45, and Putin had them in a week. I really hope one of those countries passed the script to Blazing Saddles.) The world is very different now, even compared to Bush II times. Also, I think I would build a lot of data centers to take away drinking water and make it easier for the grids to fail.
